About the Journal

Psychotherapy Science Today (PST) is a clinically oriented multilingual peer-reviewed Gold Open Access journal dedicated to research in psychotherapy and mental health.

The journal publishes research on psychotherapeutic approaches and methods, clinical cases, and applied studies in medicine, psychology, psychiatry, clinical psychology, health psychology, rehabilitation psychology, neuropsychology, clinical psychopharmacology, and related fields.

PST is published twice a year in electronic and print formats, in English, Serbian, and Russian.

All articles are freely available immediately upon publication without subscription or access fees. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). Publication in PST is free of charge for authors.
